Credit Contributors in the README

We can add a new section in the README called Contributors with a list of contributors:

Another approach is to use the @all-contributors bot

Hi @abe-101 for me the best way to track contributors is to use the https://github.com/all-contributors/all-contributors action, do you have the competence to do it? If not, I can work for this addon in the upcoming week when I'm on vacation. I don't think it requires much time. Otherwise @davideimola might have the power to do so as well 🦾
