[1.9 CE] Feature Request: Widget & Static Block Restrictions by customer group #7

@SchumacherFM ,

Thank you for building such a useful extension. I can confirm this is still working well for Magento version 1.9.1 along with HHVM without any issues.

I'd like to request a feature. I have a need to restrict widgets and static blocks to customer groups to allow the display of extra content for different customer groups (eg. wholesalers, logged in customers, etc.).

Is there a way to extend this module to include these features to allow display of static blocks and widgets per customer group?

Thank you for your consideration. I will definitely attempt a PR once i've taken a closer look at the code.

I may not be able to attempt a PR for awhile due to time constraints though unfortunately.

I will just follow the traditional process though and get you to review the code before it's merged though for sure.
