Friendly Project Name #3

The current name of the repository (quantum-optimal-control) is both unfriendly for those googling for a project such as this (I only found by first finding the paper), and unwieldy to import after it has been made into a proper package as in #1 (ie. import quantum_optimal_control).

I think changing the name to something more uniquely identifying, and easier to import when coding would be a great idea.

Sounds great! Will try to come up one and we can discuss it here -- perhaps something ordinary like "tensorcontrol". If you have thoughts on the name please don't hesitate to share!

I will think on it! I was trying to think of something last night. I do think a reference to one tensorflow, quantum, or GRAPE might be useful for quick identification. Maybe grapeflow in a similar way to BayesFlow?

grapeflow sounds nice to me. If we can't come up something better in the next few days I'm happy to settle down in this name.
