Match rank requirements apply to spectators #14

Describe the bug When a minimum rank and/or maximum rank is set on a match, it will restrict spectators from joining who do not fit into those restrictions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a match with rank requirements
  2. Have a rank outside of those requirements
  3. React to join spectators team
  4. Get rejected

Expected behavior Spectators should be allowed to join regardless of their rank.
