Maximum Players Can Be Negative #19

Describe the bug When creating a match, the maximum amount of players per team amount can be negative, allowing for a match where no one can join.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run v!match create
  2. Enter 0 or any negative number for "4. Player Count"

Expected behavior The bot would not allow that and throw an error.
