Design a generic dialog component to align with the implementation that can be used by projects to build custom dialogs.

Should support:

• [ ] default (no backdrop)
• [ ] modal (backdrop color)
• [ ] custom content can be passed as slot

Use this generic dialog for the light/dark mode dialog for the nav bar
