the build is failing after all version were removed from maven repos located in S3 bucket and repsy.io for ch.sbb.polarion.extension.generic

Expected Behavior

the artefact must be taken from https://github.com/orgs/SchweizerischeBundesbahnen/packages?repo_name=ch.sbb.polarion.extension.generic

the removal of artefacts from S3 bucket was reverted. The generic will be still taken from there instead of GitHub packages to minimise the configuration complexity till we move to better solution which replace s3 bucket maven repo. In tis case the ticket goes to close
