This requires, that this issue #11 is in place.

And requires:

An agreement on Coding guidelines and a written version of it [ https://github.com/SchweizerischeBundesbahnen/scion-rcp/community ]
An agreement on Documentation guidelines and a written version of it [ https://github.com/SchweizerischeBundesbahnen/scion-rcp/community ]
i8n and externalized strings
Sufficient test coverage of the both bundles
Set of integration tests
