Fixes empty copyrights

@egtgm the OR condition in the f:if ViewHelper will make the extension incompatible to TYPO3 7 LTS. Furthermore no images without a copyright text should arrive the View at all so it sounds like there is a bug in the controller. How to reproduce images without a copyright in the view?
