Add a scoring system

There isn't any purpose for a score counter yet, but we'll get there. Perhaps there will be a way to spend the points on upgrades?

Scoring examples:

• Killing an enemy grants some points.
• Blowing up a mine deducts points for being reckless.
• Defusing a bomb grants a bunch of points.
