Swap 2177 name refactoring

Description

This PR implements the name refactoring for the whole project. The aim is to have the same naming convention in code, repos and CI processes.

Motivation

The project collaborators decided to change the name from catanie to frontend. Following the name change of the repos, we proceeded to refactor the code to use the new naming also.

Changes:

• all the references to catamel have been changed to backend
• all the references to catanie have been changed to frontend

Important

This PR is paired with the SciCat Frontend PR #943. They should be merged together.

No problem, at all. The name on the docker image will most likely change from the current schema

@nitrosx could you please remove the CI/PSI/Jenkinsfile and the CI/PSI/local_jenkins.sh? after that for me it's good to be merged
