Description

Pass more variables to handlebars email templating, so that facilities can override the job-template.html with the needed one.

Motivation

Pass more variables to handlebars email templating, so that facilities can override the job-template.html with the needed one.

Changes:

server/boot/handleJobSideEffects.js: includes passing more variables and registering the urlEncode helper
