Small test dataset #92

@nitrosx I'll just push these small dataset to the repository...?

(In scipp packages, we normally publish the dataset to an accessible place and download it with pooch but... maybe it's okay to keep them in the repository for now...?)

I also added a readme of how I made the dataset.
