Issues between neurolex and the ontology is NLXRES:20090101 rdfs:subClassOf BFO1SNAP:GenericallyDependentContinuant vs Continuant for neuolex. May run into some issues here since these were used as roles....

Reconcile with NIF-Resource.ttl and NIF-Investigation.ttl. Related to https://github.com/SciCrunch/NIF-Ontology/issues/87

From JIRA there is an issue distinguishing between image processing and image analysis software. The practical modelling distinction is that processing changes the image while analysis makes a measurement of an image without changing it. This may be a case where certain specific software tools need to have two types.

Add hardware branch. Need to deal with the fact that almost all hardware resources are owl:Class not owl:NamedIndividual.

BIRNLEX:11012 has bad synonym 'software resource' that needs to be removed since it collides with NLXRES:20090103.
