Adding/editing info to resources already in neurolex/omics database #3

Original ticket content:

These entries already show up in the community resources view but not the project registry view. Additionally, these sources cannot be added to the project registry (see below for error message) or edited in the community resource view.

We need to be able to add and edit information as well as see these entries in the project registry view.

So far this is true for the following:

Hi Taylor,
As a current workaround - you should be able to click on the Resource ID link from the primary search. These will take you to the pages below.
