This PR contains 4 additional main services (Jupyter, Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki), as well as a number of supporting services (InfluxDB, fluentd, nextcloud-exporter, cadviser, and node-exporter).
Grafana is a VERY compelling way to explore and graph data. Pretty and easy to use.
Prometheus is providing metric collection. This allows us to keep track services going down or getting overloaded.
Loki is collecting logs and providing them to Grafana to be displayed.
Jupyter Notebooks are a staple of data science and provide a friendly web interface to Python.
I also re-factored and cleaned up a ton of things in docker-compose and the installer. Among them are the following:
Renamed esphomeyaml -> esphome or ESPHome.
Created backup_hals alias to enable backing up the live configs to Nextcloud. Just run backup_hals and it'll go to ~/Nextcloud/${stack_name}/hals/.
Moved .env to dev.env to better match best practices.
Added documentation to README.md and CONTIBUTING.md about the new services.
