Multiple experiment scenario is generating a candidate network for each one #178

Just found a fun little bug in the Build Tool. If you set up multiple scenarios, but select “Create Multiple Experiments” without first selecting “Generate Candidate Network,” it creates a candidate network for each experiment and provides the “Download Candidate Network” link for each of them, and then sends the jobs off and provides those links. So I just got 16 “Download Candidate Network” links! I’m assuming this has to do with the changes we made to call the generate candidate network function behind the scenes? Also, the “Download Candidate Network” link is actually appearing as “Download candidatenetwork.”
