Investigate on slow queries #18

  1. gene-gene.yaml
  2. gene-phenotype.yaml
  3. literature-phenotype.yaml

These ones are the slowest to complete.

After running it through a profiler, turned out that the conversion IRI to CURIE was the bottleneck.
