Function to apply distortion correction to video image. #12

Im not sure how this affects things on a 3D monitor, but up until now we have always displayed undistorted video, as the VTK rendering is undistorted.

So, this in conjunction with issue #11 could be a first test to see how much processing time we are losing as we switch to Python?
