ReadTheDocs doesn't seem to trigger, it currently needs manually updating #20

Looks like you need to manually set up Webhook in ReadTheDocs and add it to Gitlab. I just did this for scikit-surgery and it is working.

Then add the webhook address it gives you to the Settings->Integration portion of the GitLab repository; you need to add https:// at the start of the link. ReadTheDocs suggest enabling Push Events and Tag Push Events to trigger the hook.

OK, my mistake then, as I didnt understand it. Ive done it now for algorithms, image, videolag and transforms.
