Define First Milestone

At some point, even just for the sake of drawing a line in the sand, we would need to pick an exemplar as the first milestone, so we can have a target to aim for. This ticket to discuss options.

eg.

• Ardavin refactored to use SNAPPY libraries, so exemplar is Ardavin. This would be useful as I have a surgeon at Royal Free who wants to use it. So, it would be really good to get into surgery after XMAS.
• SmartLiver-i4i - new python GUI with SNAPPY, and a minimal set of functionality.

or, we define a very simple demo.

• 1 imaging device, eg. video,
• 1 tracker
• 1 example visualisation.

I don't think it's particularly useful from a project management point of view. We have quite a lot of output we can point to, and things are ticking along pretty well. Is there a WEISS platform review we need to prepare for?

There's rumours of a review coming. But no firm date yet. Lets close this one, and raise specific Issues when we have hard deadline for a review.
