Update all PyPi descriptions so that search page finds our packages, and there is a reasonable 1 line description. #39

@ThomasDowrick - can you do this, when you have some low bandwidth time. I believe we just update setup.py in each project with a sensible one-line summary, and then wait until the next release. No need to force a new release to PyPi just for this.

I have opened https://weisslab.cs.ucl.ac.uk/WEISS/SoftwareRepositories/PythonTemplate/issues/38 to get the user to add a package description as part of the setup process in PythonTemplate.
