Before we replicate BARD, we should also ask ourselves again what we're going to use it for, then check that BARD is still what we want. Something like. Uses: 1: Tutorials on augmented reality in surgey 2: Demos (public engagement) of augmented reality in surgery. 3: others?
Learning outcomes from tutorial: 1: able to do a point based calibration etc ...
What BARD (or replacement) needs to do ...

It would be good to get BARD converted to Python.

Log the steps here. Im thinking of scikit-surgerydemo perhaps, or something more descriptive, at the risk of sounding too long.
