GitHub Actions for surgeryvtk GitHub Actions for surgeryvtk/snappysonic not working. Tom & Steve has investigated, but no solution yet.

Snappysonic is working on Travis. Tom to try Travis for surgeryvtk.

Repos still to move from weisslab

Speech tensorflow davinici vtk (ongoing) - Tom doing CI utils gpucpp

scikit-surgerygoicp Existing implementation of go icp in python (https://pypi.org/project/py-goicp/) works, but pip install (for me or Joao), and the setup.py needed editing before it could be installed locally.

Tom is creating new bindings using CMakeCatchTemplate. TBC - is it worth rewriting using numpy for easier packaging and distribution?

surgery-core issue Steve having problems with https://github.com/UCL/scikit-surgerycore/issues/52

Meeting 09/06/2020 RE: Summer school

Loose decision to keep applications separate from read the docs stuff.

i.e. BARD and surgeryfred can be individual repositoires, but all of the documenation is kept in a single read the docs somewhere.

Interim Summer School Discussion:

  1. Camera Calibration
  2. Pivot Calibration
  3. Fiducial Registration = Steve
  4. Overlay (e.g. US under phone), illustrating User Interface

Keep MPHY0026 on weisslab for now, see Issues therein.
