The redirect causing github links to fail. #88

The github links to individual repository on scikit-surgery.org are failing after redirect. Other links are working fine.

I think the issue is because of no SSL license for scikit-surgery.org. As a result the github links dont trust the link and therefore not opening the link.
Until the SSL is applied, I fixed the issue by modifying the link to open in new tab. With that all the github links are now opening fine in new tab.

The redirect is fixed by Ron. So all is good now. The github links are not failing any more.
