Are we still pulling in opencv non headless? #109

@MattClarkson thinks we are. Check what the CI tests are pulling in.

I checked this on the Github actions tests. As far as I can see they are all only pulling in opencv-contrib-headless. @MattClarkson can you please check your installation.
