This branch is just to update BARD to use scikit-surgerycalibration. This means, the instructions change slightly. As much as possible, I left the original instructions, as my assumption was that in general, at least in future years, BARD will be taught at CBH.
For MediCSS 2020, I was going to add more detailed notes for home users into the MPHY0026 course, which would benefit more by being suitable for on-line, or at-home learning.
