I agree, but I'm not sure what else to use as the video. The background will have no bearing on the overlay, so whatever video I use may be confusing. Any ideas?

I guess any static background would be easy to understand (natural, without tag). Having said this it may be only me who is new to all this :) so if you think it doesn't matter than you can close the issue.

Probably you have used the same video for live feed in all examples.
You have made the tutorial very simple using a step wise approach, which is great. e.g. step 1 showing static model on live video, step 2 moving model at same location and step 3 moving the model w.r.t the tag. There is no need of tag in step 1 and step 2 so it can be a bit confusing to show the tag moving video in step and step 2.
