This command python sksurgeryspherefitting data/CT_Level_1.vtp -o sphere.vtp needs running inside the tox environment.
The next commands show weissviewer.py, but the user doesn't have access to it.
The PythonTemplate now only has Python 3.6. 2.7 will be unsupported globally in Jan 2020, and PythonTemplate has already been updated to remove it. So, we should remove from the tutorial.
On publishing page, swapping from --repository pypi to --repository test.pypi is not immediately obvious.
Tutorial doesn't say where to set PYPI_USER and PYPI_PASS
