Command not working #3

I was following the tutorial and found out that the first of the two ways to create a project is not working.

The command is in step 2 on this webpage

cookiecutter scikit-surgeryutils https://weisslab.cs.ucl.ac.uk/WEISS/SoftwareRepositories/PythonTemplate.git

It didnt work for me. I am using MacOS and Python version 3.6
