As a Course leader
I need to be able to add training materials to the portal
So that we can reach out with the knowledge to many people

Details and Assumptions

We would need criteria for what is considered good enough to be put on the portal
Can we limit who can add materials to the portal?

We should have some initial Material to put there

Acceptance Criteria

When [certain action is taken]
Then [the outcome of action is observed]
