Is it for the Scilifelab people or outside? -- Initially for scilifelab people and later on we will go with externals

@kristen-schroeder issue about hosting the olga's video course as a pre-release through Nextcloud, there is an option to stream it by embedding it (should not be downloaded though) but we don't have access to that setting so, action is to talk to DC.
