Workflow for users on Portal

As a Course leader
I need to be able to easily add new courses and materials to the portal from my organisation
So that we in an efficient way can spread information about our courses

Details and Assumptions

• We need to make sure to minimize spam bots

• User flow is:

  • User signs up on portal, re-captcha + email confirmation
  • User creates Provider request
  • Admin approves request
  • User creates Course or Material, pending approval
  • Admin might approve Course/Material
  • Admin might upgrade User to Verified User
  • Verified User can add Courses/Materials that will be automatically approved

If the user is verified then they can add courses and materials automatically approved. Otherwise, we need to approve the courses and materials.
