Showcasing Advisory programme on Portal

As a manager at NBIS or other platforms
I need the portal to also display information about all our training activities that are not courses
So that we can link directly to the portal instead of the static Scilifelab page

• Currently NBIS advisory program information is on the statics Scilifelab page
• This information, and if other platforms have specific information, should also be displayed on the portal

We would want it to be more visible, maybe a collection tab in TeSS for course catalog (to show the Advisory Programme) Collection tab change name to training catalogue, create a collection like intro to NSG then Add instance of that inside the collection. This works with Bioschemas under the hood. Kind of a catalogue for the training-hub.

Design change is also needed. Main description needs to be shifted form the left side to the main tope part of page and materials and events needs to be shifted down.
