Deprecation warning, bcbb/nextgen is bcbio-nextgen. @chapmanb, could you... #275

... please do the same upstream? Users get confused on which one to use :-/

IMHO, I would not put this warning yet, as we're still using bcbb, and we will be using it at least a couple of months.

@guillermo-carrasco, @vezzi pointed out that it is confusing for both experienced and novice users: bcbb/nextgen vs bcbio-nextgen.

I think it is true that bcbb/nextgen is deprecated in favor of bcbio-nextgen, so I don't see any harm on puting the notice there.

Well, It is true that is deprecated, but is also true that we're still using it, and if you tell the users to use bcbio-nextgen instead of bcbb/nextgen while we're still using bcbb/nextgen... that's also confusing. I understand the point, is just a remark.
