This PR adds the functionality to merge Undemultiplexed_stats.metrics files, needed for Importing demultiplexing results into LIMS.

@b97pla it also creates a new Unaligned folder with the configuration files even if there is only one Unaligned_* folder (for consistency, as we agreed)
