Easy PR!! Hot fix!! #303

We updated fastqc in our pipeline (basically using new version), and it seems like the pipeline doesn't automatically extract the zipped fastqc report as previous version. So explicitly asking to extract it.

Nice @senthil10! Sorry, I should have warned you - it doesn't extract the zip file because the html report now has embedded graphics (so can be transferred as a single file instead of having to have the accompanying subdirectory).

We still want the subdirectory though, as the image files are used (or will be used) for stuff.
