Fix to check missing description for run's card in trello #16

The HUGIN bug have been finally caught, though the bug has been chased its effects couldn't be undone for some cards. So added a new method to check for missing description and update it when an extra option is mentioned while running the script. As it is not a common problem, it is written as a optional method and when this method is called the original code will not be executed.
