HiSeqX Flowcells are displayed on Trello Board #37

  1. Flowcell is moving, depending on it's status.
  2. Each status has an end time, which is calculated 'on-fly'
  3. If the flowcell stuck in one status too long, it's moved to 'CheckStatus' list, and the comment added to the card.
  4. Each Flowcell has a label, representing the preproc server where the Flowcell comes from.
  5. The script can work on several preproc servers without interfering each other.
  6. When flowcell is deleted from the preproc server, it's moved to 'Archived' list
  7. The solution is implemented for HiSeqX.
  8. there are still left things to do.

Just a comment, since you merged merged this to develop branch only. You guys should add a .gitignore file. I see you have some *.pyc here.
