CompatHelper: bump compat for ADTypes to 1, (keep existing compat) #181

This pull request changes the compat entry for the ADTypes package from 0.2.6 to 0.2.6, 1. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

The SciMLSensitivity documentation can currently not be build because it depends on an OptimizationBase version which requires version 1 of ADTypes, while also depending on BoundaryValueDiffEq which is not yet compatible with 1.
