Bug when plotting with MIRK solver #199

Describe the bug ๐Ÿž

The returned sol doesn't play with plot with MIRK when adaptive=false, but does with other solvers

Expected behavior

Solution should be plotable regardless of keywords

Thanks for the fix! I'm still having trouble with solution interpolation having run Pkg.update. I don't know how it works, does this need to get pushed? Have I not updated correctly? Or do I need to install from the repo for now? Thanks, apologies for the trivial question (I have BoundaryValueDiffEq v 5.9.0)
