CompatHelper: bump compat for EnzymeCore to 0.7, (keep existing compat) #1014

This pull request changes the compat entry for the EnzymeCore package from 0.5, 0.6 to 0.5, 0.6, 0.7. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
