CompatHelper: bump compat for AlgebraicMultigrid to 0.6 for package docs, (keep existing compat) #230

This pull request changes the compat entry for the AlgebraicMultigrid package from 0.5 to 0.5, 0.6 for package docs. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
