CompatHelper: bump compat for SteadyStateDiffEq to 2 for package docs, (keep existing compat) #289

This pull request changes the compat entry for the SteadyStateDiffEq package from 1.10 to 1.10, 2 for package docs. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
