CompatHelper: bump compat for SimpleNonlinearSolve to 1, (keep existing compat) #300

This pull request changes the compat entry for the SimpleNonlinearSolve package from 0.1.23 to 0.1.23, 1. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
