Tests are failing on 1.9 #57

The issue is that SciMLBase bumped its Julia compat to 1.10 a while ago

I'm just dropping v1.9 here. Anything using the fancy AD is kind of on the edge of the world anyways. Hopefully we can keep the new LTS going, but Enzyme has a lot of v1.10-only things anyways.
