Graphs as input #69

As @ChrisRackauckas requested. Step 1 is figuring out what the graph input should be, then we can convert to an appropriate matrix input.

Is there any discussion link regarding this? I did not understand this correctly

No discussion. I think the idea was to allow graphs generated from a GUI in some way to be fed in to make ReactionSystems.
