Your environment has a bunch of things that diffeqpy doesn't put there, so I presume instead of using the version of Julia provided this is a custom setup? Is this using the Homebrew version?
I do see an Anaconda environment here as well.
I'm not sure if we support it but there is a conda-forge build of OpenSpecFun.
