user access to the database #69

Users should be able to know and specify where the database lies, and to perform backups.

Setting a database-file might require an implementation of a config-file (database-storage-path). Backups would only need an information dialog.

Information dialog: 0,5 day.

Config-file: 1,5 days - not counting for the moment.
