Changelog + Version for 0.2.0 release #433

@v0dro @zverok Would suggest doing a 0.2.0 release given the bug fixes and new features that have gone in since the last one.

Thanks, it was a lot of work for you!

I was hoping 1.0 would come quick enough for skipping the release for lowest versions, but it is probably a necessary step. Will do this week (and merge current PR then).

Thanks! I've merged the changelog, will review and release on Tuesday.
